Proactive with your health

It’s unfortunate most people become proactive about their health when chronic conditions put them at increased risk.

It’s unfortunate most people become proactive about their health when chronic conditions put them at increased risk.

There are some people who put it as a top priority, at a very young age.

Bad eating habits are not the only source of bad health; dehydration could also link to poor health and your subconscious mind.

I have a bad habit of eating too many sweets, and being born with bowed legs has defiantly caused problems though out my life.

Just like most people who made a New Year’s Resolution to go on a diet, most often I lost the weight and gained it back later.

I found that my subconscious mind didn’t help me much to focus on my eating habits and exercising.

I also realized that in order to be successful at anything, I had to do things in a different way, and I found out that learning to trick my subconscious mind was the best way to go about it.

The first part I needed to do was to learn to control my body, once a person can do that the next steps can be taken.

Of course, that was only part of it, for eating and filling hungry shortly after is common because of the types of food that trigger insulin levels to spike and drop.

Just like the fat on a body gets stored your subconscious mind is also at work.

It remembers that feeling of hunger so the body is fighting two battles, the Insulin levels, and the peptides in your subconscious mind locking down that feeling so you will crave it next time.

When a person finally decides it’s time to make life better that’s the great start that I plan to share with you on my blogs.

Stay tuned, but before I go I am wondering what your biggest fear is, please let me know in the comment or contact me by email.
