Vevioz Terms of Service
Read the Vevioz Terms of Service to understand account responsibilities, acceptable use rules, content ownership, payments, enforcement, and your rights on the platform.
Effective date: March 11, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vevioz Enterprise, including our website, community features, messaging tools, media tools, and related digital services operated under the Vevioz brand. By accessing or using Vevioz, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies, notices, or product rules that are clearly presented inside the service.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use Vevioz only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and your access is not prohibited by law or by a previous enforcement action on our platform. If you use Vevioz on behalf of a business, organization, or brand, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
2. Your account and security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, verification methods, and session access.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- We may require identity, ownership, or security verification before restoring access to a compromised account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vevioz to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- post, upload, transmit, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or violent content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- harass, threaten, stalk, extort, spam, or manipulate other users;
- distribute malware, malicious code, phishing content, or security exploits;
- scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with the platform or our infrastructure without authorization;
- circumvent safety systems, moderation tools, payment controls, rate limits, or account restrictions;
- use bots or automation in a way that harms platform integrity, user trust, or normal service operation.
4. User content and platform license
You retain ownership of content that you create and upload to Vevioz. However, by submitting or publishing content on the platform, you grant Vevioz a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when your content is permanently deleted from our active systems, except to the extent that limited retention is required for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement records.
You represent that you own the necessary rights to the content you post and that your content does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, label, reduce visibility, restrict, demonetize, remove, or disable content or accounts when we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with legal obligations, respond to abuse, or preserve service integrity. Serious or repeated violations may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent removal, or referral to relevant authorities where legally appropriate.
6. Paid features, subscriptions, and refunds
Some Vevioz features may require payment, subscription, credits, or another commercial arrangement. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, included features, usage limits, and eligibility conditions will be shown before purchase. Unless required by law or expressly stated in a posted refund policy, payments are non-refundable after the service or digital benefit has been delivered or activated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and fees arising from misuse or payment reversal.
7. Intellectual property
Vevioz, our software, visual identity, trademarks, service marks, content layout, and platform design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where we clearly grant permission, you may not copy, modify, republish, resell, sublicense, mirror, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any protected part of the service.
8. Privacy and communications
Your use of Vevioz is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. You agree that we may send service, security, billing, moderation, and policy notices electronically. Marketing messages remain subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
Vevioz may include integrations, embeds, payment providers, login providers, analytics tools, or links to third-party websites and services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, pricing, or security. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
10. Service availability and changes
We may add, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Vevioz at any time to improve functionality, address abuse, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, although we aim to maintain a reliable and secure platform.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vevioz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be secure, available, accurate, complete, or suitable for every intended use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vevioz and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant paid service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.
13. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using Vevioz at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or exposed users or the platform to harm. Account termination does not remove obligations that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, enforcement records, and lawful retention requirements.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security practices, or operational improvements. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, your account, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of Vevioz after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
15. Contact and support
If you have questions about these Terms, account safety, or policy enforcement, please contact us through the Vevioz Help Center. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the service.
