I recall enjoying the initial film back in 2019 and hoping for a sequel to be released soon. It possessed the allure of a low-budget sci-fi movie and presented an intriguing concept of superhumans facing off against oppressive authorities.
The sequel had the opportunity to expand upon this foundation and enhance the storytelling with more depth and detail. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While financial constraints may have been a factor, the lack of a clear vision and ambition also prevented it from reaching its full potential.
