Trading app Investmint goes for liquidation process
Signal-based trading app Investmint, backed by Nexus Venture, is undergoing voluntary liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The board and shareholders approved transferring all intellectual property and assets, appointing Anagha Anasingaraju to oversee the process. The liquidation will facilitate M&A activities and return 25% of raised capital to investors. Launched in February 2022, Investmint faced challenges in finding a sustainable business model and ceased services last month. It raised $2 million in October 2022 but struggled to achieve market traction.
