CALB Unveils Aviation New Energy Solutions at the 2024 Shenzhen eVTOL Exhibition

On September 23rd, the 2024 Shenzhen eVTOL Industry Development Conference and Low-Altitude Economy Exhibition kicked off at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.

CALB introduced its "UP High Energy - Super Flight Battery," a specialized battery designed for aviation, which is expected to hit the market in 2026. Featuring a solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte, this battery is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures of up to 200°C and boasts an impressive energy density of 350Wh/kg. It not only maintains a high energy density but also supports a continuous discharge rate of over 10C, meeting the full range of performance requirements for eVTOL aircraft.
