BBC Moneybox exposes FCSA umbrella accused of withholding £000’s from contractors

The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association member FCSA umbrella firm has reportedly been charged with denying contractors thousands of pounds in vacation pay, according to the BBC's Moneybox. An unnamed contractor who claimed they had to threaten employment tribunal (ET) proceedings before their umbrella firm paid out vacation pay owed to them and several coworkers totaling around £6,000 each was heard on the BBC Radio 4 programme last Saturday afternoon.
