I run a coaching service at Overwhelm No More. I provide practical strategies to individuals in the following areas: personal development, overwhelm, anxiety, ADHD, low confidence and lack of life/career purpose. We connect online over video sessions using google meet (or zoom if preferred), which means I can work with clients wherever they are in the world.
