Ascension Jiu Jitsu and Yoga was inspired by a dream born between a Brazilian immigrant mother and her son, Juliana and Pedro. We believe that the Martial art of Jiu-Jitsu dramatically transcends mere self-defense or sport. Jiu-Jitsu can be one of the greatest vehicles for people’s restoration, rejuvenation and development.
