Being a member of the travel business for the past nine years, we have seen consumers struggle to understand airline restrictions about changing or cancelling their trip tickets. Having trouble locating the policies for unaccompanied minors, baggage, pets, frequent flyers, and name corrections. We decided to build a portal to offer comprehensive information about all these airline regulations after observing these types of issues.
