Peak Training Co. was founded in November 2021 with the mission to help soccer players enhance their individual development, focusing on technical s****s, off-the-ball movement, and building confidence. Their structured 8-week program is designed to improve each player's core strength, functional movement, and technical abilities. The training model comprises four key components: Speed/Mobility Training, Technical Training (Unopposed), Technical Training (Opposed), and Strength/Core Training. With a team of experienced trainers holding USSF and UEFA coaching licenses, as well as professional and NCAA playing backgrounds, Peak Training Co. is dedicated to guiding players of all levels toward peak performance.
