7: Measuring success... Read Chapter 10 of the book Bloom by Martin Seligman. Seligman uses solid research to break away from our traditional measures of economic development success and focus on measures of prosperity and well-being, which he calls "the new prosperity." As the freelance economy continues to grow (57 million employees in the US and counting), it may be worth taking the time to understand Seligman's work.
