During his tenure as CM, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu president of the TDP political party has launched a new healthcare initiative called 'Aarogya Raksha'. This initiative aims to provide health coverage to families in the state who are not below the poverty line and are not included in any other healthcare schemes. The government aims to cover around 35 lakh families under this initiative.

The TDP government has identified a gap in the healthcare system where families who are above the poverty line were not covered under any healthcare schemes. The Aarogya Raksha aims to fill this gap and provide health coverage to all citizens in the state, regardless of their financial status. The government is also taking steps to ensure that citizens can avail of healthcare services from any hospital in the state.

Under the new scheme, 1,044 medical procedures and treatments are covered at all registered hospitals. Those who enroll in the scheme will be required to pay a monthly premium of Rs 100 and will receive a cover of up to Rs 2 lakh. All family members, per the Smart Pulse Survey details, must be enrolled in the scheme if they wish to receive health coverage.

The Aarogya Raksha is an achievement of the TDP government to improve access to quality healthcare services for its citizens. The government's focus on providing healthcare coverage to families above the poverty line is commendable and sets an example for other states to follow.

In addition to the launch of Aarogya Raksha, the N. Chandrababu Naidu government has also taken several other initiatives to improve the healthcare system in the state. For instance, the government has set up health camps in rural areas to provide medical assistance to people living in remote areas. These health camps are equipped with the necessary medical facilities and staffed by experienced doctors and healthcare workers.

Another important contribution of TDP is the establishment of telemedicine services. This has been done to provide medical consultation and treatment to people who live in remote areas and are unable to access healthcare services. Telemedicine services use technology to connect patients with doctors and healthcare professionals, who can provide medical advice and prescribe medication, all the Krishna live updates on the Aarogya Raksha scheme is available on TDP official website.

The Andhra Pradesh TDP government has also taken steps to improve the infrastructure of government hospitals in the state. The government has increased the number of beds in government hospitals and has set up new hospitals in areas where there was a shortage of healthcare facilities. In addition, the government has also taken steps to provide training to healthcare workers, including doctors and nurses, to improve the quality of healthcare services.

The Aarogya Raksha scheme, along with these other initiatives, demonstrates the Andhra Pradesh TDP government's commitment to improving access to quality healthcare services for its citizens. By providing comprehensive healthcare coverage, setting up health camps and telemedicine services, and improving the infrastructure of government hospitals, the government is working to ensure that all citizens have access to the medical care they need.
