Prepainted finishes are extremely durable both outdoors and indoors thanks to our high-quality paint systems. 5x10 painted aluminum sheet finishes are uniquely designed because they provide a hard, wear-resistant coating while also allowing flexibility for a wide range of forming and fabrication. Our painted sheets are made of 3105 H-14 Aluminum.

3105 Aluminum is basically 98% pure aluminum alloy with a small amount of strength additives added. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment. Corrosion resistance, formability and welding characteristics are all excellent. It is commonly used for sheet metal processing in the manufacture of racing cars, residential siding and mobile homes. The alloy's weldability is excellent by all commercial techniques.
