Located at Tan Quee Lan Street in Singapore's Bugis District, Midtown Modern is a new condominium launched by GuocoLand, in partnership with Hong Leong Holdings and Hong Realty. It is part of the 3.2-ha mixed-use Guoco Midtown, and will be completed in phases starting from 2022.

It occupies a rather choice site, right beside and directly integrated with Bugis MRT station. It is also one of the prime locations within the upcoming South Beach-Ophir-Rochor Corridor rejuvenation precinct that will extend Singapore Downtown eastwards to Raffles Place and Marina Bay, giving scope for more leisure amenities and investments.

Aside from its location, there are many other aspects of Midtown Modern that make it appealing to homebuyers and investors alike. For instance, it has a good number of amenities in its compound that residents can take advantage of, including a 50m lap pool and forest walk. It is also close to schools such as Stamford Primary and Farrer Park Primary School, which will make it easier for families to send their kids to their preferred schools when they move into Midtown Modern.

Midtown Modern will have a total of 558 luxury condominium units, with two 30-storey towers, as well as a retail podium at the first level. There will be around 10 thematic gardens, landscaped areas and a clubhouse as well. It will also have an array of dining and shopping outlets, such as a supermarket, a cinema and many other conveniences, all under one roof.
